Exchanges & Returns
We offer returns and exchanges worldwide and are happy to help you find what works best for you. If there is something wrong with your order, please send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund.
Returns and exchanges are only valid for unworn and unwashed items. Items returned within 14 days will receive a full refund, and all items received within the last 14 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of a THE BASE LABEL gift card.
Are returns and exchanges free?
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item arrives damaged, we will arrange for a pick-up, which will be free of charge.
How long does the return or exchange process take?
Exchanges are processed immediately if we have the size and color you want in stock. Otherwise, we will help you find another item you might like. Returns may take up to 14 days to process.
To expedite the return or exchange process, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and name, the item you wish to return or exchange, and feedback on why the item does not fit perfectly to info@thebaselabel. com. We appreciate all customer feedback.
