RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer returns and exchanges worldwide and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not ok with the order received, email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise. For the items returned within 14 days you will receive a full refund, for all the items received past 14 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an THE BASE LABEL giftcard.

Are returns and exchanges free?

Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer themselves. If the item arrives damaged we will order a pick up and it will be free of charge.

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, we will help you find another item you may love. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.

To expedite your return or exchange process, please email us as soon as you can with your order number and name, the item you wish to return or exchange, and feedback regarding why the item is not quite the right fit on email [email protected]. We value all customer feedback.
